1. Disconnect the power supply when operating the power battery pack system or high-voltage circuit
1). Be sure to wear insulating gloves.
2). When testing on the vehicle, first remove the negative and positive connections of the power battery pack system.
3). Pull out the handle of the emergency maintenance switch, and place the handle of the emergency maintenance switch in the position where a special person takes care of it to prevent misoperation by other personnel.
2. Precautions for using insulating gloves
1). Never wear wet gloves.
2). Gloves must be inspected for damage, holes or cracks before use.
3). Always wear insulating gloves during the operation of the entire power battery pack system or high-voltage circuit.
3. Matters needing attention when testing
1). Be sure to disconnect the power supply before starting work.
2). To operate the power battery pack system or high-voltage circuit, you need to wear insulating gloves and use insulating gloves. Please refer to the precautions for insulating gloves.
3). Do not carry any metal objects like calipers or measuring tapes, etc., as these objects may fall and cause a short circuit.
4). After removing the high-voltage wiring, immediately insulate it with insulating tape.
5). After the operation is completed, it should be confirmed again that there are no parts or tools left around the working platform, and that the high-voltage terminals are protected by insulation.
